Our Interactive Music Program gives children the opportunity to explore rhythm, sound, and instruments in a way that is engaging, age-appropriate, and full of joy.
Led by Our Music Director, Ms. Jan
Discovery Tots’ music program is led by professional music teacher and DTD Music Director, Ms. Jan. With her warm personality and experience working with young learners, Ms. Jan creates musical experiences that are designed specifically for early childhood.
Her sessions introduce children to:
- Rhythm and movement
- Musical styles and sounds
- Songs, fingerplays, and interactive games
- Instruments and hands-on exploration
- Listening skills and group participation
Each session is built to encourage confidence, curiosity, and creativity.
Interactive Sessions Designed for Young Learners
Ms. Jan creates engaging music sessions that are fun, educational, and developmentally appropriate. Children participate through singing, dancing, clapping, instrument play, and group activities that promote early learning through play.

To ensure children can experience music regularly, Discovery Tots provides smart televisions for each program. This allows educators to easily access Ms. Jan’s interactive sessions as part of their daily or weekly routines.
This consistency helps children build familiarity with songs and concepts, supporting repetition-based learning and confidence.
In-Person Visits That Bring Music to Life
In addition to online sessions, Ms. Jan also visits Discovery Tots programs in person. These visits bring an exciting level of connection and engagement as children get to participate in live music experiences.
