Under the loving care of Ms. Jennifer, Discovery Tots – Hamptons NW, just off  Country Hills Blvd NW, provides a warm, structured, and nurturing environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive.

Her licensed family dayhome is thoughtfully arranged with dedicated indoor learning and play spaces, along with direct access to a large, fully fenced backyard for safe outdoor exploration year-round.

Conveniently located in the heart of Hamptons NW,  families benefit from easy curbside pickup and drop-off. Nearby parks, schools, and community amenities make this neighborhood especially family-friendly.

Licensed to care for up to six registered children at a time, Ms. Jennifer ensures small group sizes and personalized attention. Each day is balanced with structured learning and free play, including activities from the Discovery Tots curriculum, storytime, crafts, music, outdoor play, and imaginative games such as building, puzzles, and role-play.

Enrichment opportunities such as the Puppy Program and Music Time with our in-house music teacher give children the chance to develop empathy, rhythm, creativity, and social skills in engaging ways.

I opened Discovery Tots Hamptons, because of my deep love for working with children and my desire to create a warm, nurturing, and educational environment where they can feel truly at home while learning and growing.

With over 16 years of experience in child care, I’ve had the opportunity to work as a nanny for Canadian families, as well as in daycare centers and dayhomes. This experience has allowed me to support children of all ages and backgrounds, helping them grow, learn, and thrive in a safe, caring space.

What makes my dayhome special is the welcoming, family-like atmosphere where every child feels loved, valued, and supported. I hold a Diploma in Education Assistance, ECE Level 1 Certification, and have attended numerous early learning workshops that continue to shape my approach to care and education.

What I love most about working with children is seeing the world through their eyes—their curiosity, honesty, and joy make every day meaningful and inspiring. I feel truly honored to be part of their early years, helping them build confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Outside of child care, I enjoy cooking, gardening, and spending time in nature, often turning these interests into hands-on learning experiences for the children. Whether we’re exploring outdoors or trying a new recipe together, I love creating moments that spark discovery and joy.

I believe that early childhood educators play a powerful role in shaping a child’s sense of safety, confidence, and love for learning. We are not just caregivers—we are guides, role models, and a steady presence in their lives.
