I opened Discovery Tots Belvedere to support families, especially young mothers, by offering a safe, nurturing space where children can thrive. I hold an Early Childhood Education Level 1 certification and CPR training, and I bring over 22 years of hands-on experience raising my own seven children, along with caring for many others. This background has given me a deep understanding of child development, patience, and the ability to create a warm, structured environment where every child feels valued.

My dayhome is located in a bright, brand-new walkout basement that’s fully furnished and thoughtfully designed for young children. We also have a backyard play space where little ones can enjoy fresh air, explore, and develop their motor skills through outdoor play.

What I love most about working with children is their pure hearts and endless curiosity. Every child is unique, and I take pride in being a calm, supportive guide as they grow and discover the world around them. I also bring the perspective of a mother—understanding not just what children need, but what parents hope for in a caregiver.

A little about me: I’m a mother of seven, and I’ve raised my children to be confident, active, and academically successful. I’m also a natural counselor and love creating strong bonds with each child in my care. I believe in leading by example, and one quote I live by is:
“Kids do what you do, not what you say—so we need to be the role models they learn from.”
